Relevant ID and documents


When you wish to apply for an Internet Merchant Account and Payment Gateway, we kindly ask you to use the following checklist to ensure that you have included all required documentation.

We find that when an application takes longer than anticipated, 9 out of 10 times this was down to the fact that the merchant did not provide everything asked of them or that their website did not comply as requested.


 

1.Completed and Signed Application

The application should be completed 100% as applies to your industry. Missing information can create a delay.

Please check over your figures and calculations and sign the application. Please name the application in the following manner


 

2.Bank Statements Last 3-6 Months

Please include 3-6 months of corporate account bank statements showing your corp name. If the statements are more than one page, please merge the PDFs together in order. The PDF should be named


 

3.Articles of Incorporation showing Directors, Beneficial Owners

Assemble Articles as one file and the minutes, certificates, etc, as separate files. Please name each file


 

4.Current Valid ID preferably a Passport

Scan copy of valid ID of company's owners/director. Preferably Passport, driving license or National ID. Passport or ID Should be clearly scanned and named


 

5.Business Plan including 6 months sales projection and marketing plans - IF REQUESTED

Only if specifically requested and to be named


 

6.Utility Bill Less than 90 days old

Original utility bill, or bank statement, to confirm your home address. This must be a service provided to your home. Clear scan of utility bill for owner/director, LESS than 90 days old

 

 

7.Screenshots confirming Domain ownership

Screenshot should show corp or directors name and domain named



8. If applicable: Copy of Business/Operating License(s)
