To perform a 'CREDIT'

Locate the Transaction and select 'Virtual Terminal' from the Action drop down list.

Once the Virtual Terminal has loaded select 'CREDIT' in the transaction type field and process accordingly.

A 'CREDIT' can be performed on a transaction up to 13 months following

the original settlement date.
